Paul Searle - Director
Paul is registered tax agent, and SMSF specialist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Paul leads our team of professionals in providing excellent accounting and financial services. When not in "the office" Paul enjoys spending time with his kids and being outdoors, he especially likes camping and from time to time will conduct client appointments from his campsite!
Sarah Coutts - Office Manager
Sarah is a positive and hardworking individual with over 15 years' experience in Administration and Management.
Sarah prides herself on her organisation skills and attention to detail resulting in producing a high level of accuracy in the firm. She possesses excellent communication skills and enjoys getting to know our clients. Sarah enjoys learning new things and working well under pressure.
When not working you will find Sarah with her two children and partner outdoors Motorbike riding, camping or laying by the pool.
Shani Adams - Senior SMSF Accountant
Shani has specialised in Self-Managed Super Fund compliance and taxation advice for the past 18 years. Working closely with trustees, financials planners, accountants and other industry professionals has given her extensive knowledge and experience within this specialised industry.
Shani likes to know her clients on a personal level, which helps her to create and maintain deep trusted relationships. Shani completed her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting in 2012 and also completed her Diploma of Financial Planning in 2015.
Shani has two boys aged 7 and 5. She loves taking them camping and on their mountain and dirt bikes. She recently took her boys on an adventure up the east coast of Australia to Cape York for 8 weeks. Her husband is a full time Fire Fighter with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services.
Michael Coles - Data Administration
Michael is our internal processing officer. Michael's role is to help process and finalise the client's Super Tax Returns for the financial year, he also helps the team processing client files, and to keep the files as up to date as possible and supports the Accounting and Financial Planning teams, with processing that would be beneficial to the client.
Michael has a wife and two children, enjoys camping and spending time with family. You will also find him helping out at various school events.
Whitney Davis - Client Administration
Whitney is part of our experienced Financial Planning team. After dedicating 12 years to the legal industry, Whitney prides herself on her ability to build a strong rapport with clients and understands the importance of maintaining these relationships. Whitney brings a professional and friendly approach to the administration side of the company and will be your main port of call to get your insurance application underway. In her spare time, you can find Whitney camping and making memories with her family.
Krystal Casson - Client Administration
For the last 6 years, Krystal Casson has been a significant member of our Administration team. You may already know her from the remarkable work she provides as an exceptionally knowledgeable administration assistant at Strategic Super. Krystal Casson is passionate in believing in the power of customer service and working together as a team.
Krystal enjoys her personal time with her beautiful family adventuring outdoors and going camping or spending the days out in the sun by the pool or beach.
Lee Hildebrand - Administration Assistant
Lee is one of our experienced Administration Assistants whom you will most likely speak with when you phone our office. Lee has been working with Strategic Super since 2019, she has training in a wide range of office administration tasks and is able to collaborate with our team and liaise between external businesses for our clients. Lee thoroughly enjoys maintaining relationships with clients. On her days of leisure, Lee likes to be outdoors with her family whether this is at the beach, on her boat or just in the backyard with her dog.
